• 11/8/01 NEW CHANGE PROTECTION POLICY:

  SATALERT obtains the ISS viewing times from web pages published by NASA. If NASA changes the format of their webpages, SATALERT may have trouble reading the new format. To help protect our users if this should happen, SATALERT now includes an update protection period of at least three (3) months from the date of purchase. Any required updates to SATALERT (due to changes made by NASA) will be provided FREE of charge to the user during that period.
